The 3 buildings that make up the museum complex. .

One half of your time at the museum will be spent inside the schoolhouse using authentic 100 year old lessons in Readin, Righten and Rithmetic.

The other half of your stay is spent in the Barn Museum which includes an outhouse lesson, a lunch lesson,and a history of the land and buildings.

The player piano, stereoscopes and other artifacts in changing exhibits tell stories about the life and times in this once cattle ranching town.

 

Some of the learning is not taught from a book. Real life experiences are also part of the Hands-On-History program.
